I, the undersigned, understand that participation at Studio 435 involves physical movement, exercise, and wellness treatments. These activities include, but are not limited to:

2. Acknowledgment of Activities

Fitness & Dance: Zumba, aerobics, belly dancing, stretching, and related choreography.
Mind-Body Practices: Yoga, tai chi, breathwork, and meditation.
Hands-on & Wellness Treatments: Massages, bodywork, ionic foot detoxes, and heat therapies.
General: Any other physical classes, workshops, special events, or activities organized by or held at Studio 435.

3. Assumption of Risk

I am aware that participating in these activities inherently carries certain risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, tears, or joint injuries.
Cardiovascular stress, dizziness, dehydration, or fainting.
Skin irritation, allergic reactions, or mild discomfort from topicals or foot detox treatments.
Slips, trips, or falls within the studio premises.

I voluntarily assume all responsibility for my health, safety, and any risk of injury or damage resulting from my participation.

4. Health and Physical Condition

I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent my safe participation in Studio 435 activities.

I agree to listen to my body, practice at my own pace, and inform the instructor or practitioner immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating, especially if I am pregnant, nursing, have a pacemaker, or suffer from any chronic medical conditions (particularly relevant for high-energy fitness and foot detox treatments).

5. Release of Liability and Indemnity

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities at Studio 435, I hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive, release, and discharge Studio 435, its owners, instructors, employees, independent contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by negligence or any other cause.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio 435 from any claims or financial losses resulting from my breach of this agreement or my behavior at the studio.

I acknowledge the activities offered at Studio 435, fitness & dance, mind-body practices, hands-on & wellness treatments, and other events, as described above. I understand the risks involved and voluntarily assume all responsibility for my health, safety, and any risk of injury or damage. I confirm I am in good physical condition, will listen to my body, and understand it's my responsibility to consult a physician if needed. I release and hold harmless Studio 435, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents, from liability, and agree to indemnify Studio 435, as described above.
